Our Story: From Studio to Mobile Parties

Back in 2015, House of Colors opened as a small ceramic studio in Burbank. The kind of place where kids could paint a little figurine, pick their colors, and proudly show off their masterpiece before it went into the kiln. Parents loved having an easy, creative outing for their kids, and we loved watching families slow down and make something together.

Over the years, things changed (as they always do), and families started asking for something more flexible, something they could enjoy at home, at the park, or wherever the party was happening. 

That’s when the idea of bringing the art studio to you really began!

Today, instead of having four walls, House of Colors is fully mobile. Our team arrives with all the supplies, sets everything up beautifully, and guides the kids through the activities so you can actually relax and enjoy the party.

No loading up the car, no cleaning paint off the dining room table, no scrambling to entertain 20 kids at once. We handle the setup, hosting, and cleanup from start to finish!

Our Most Popular Activity: The Colorful Slime Party

Even though we started with ceramics, slime quickly became one of our biggest hits! Kids get to mix in colors, glitters and charms, and they take home something they’re genuinely excited about. Surprisingly, it’s not messy, because our slime recipe has the consistency of super stretchy Play-Doh. We keep it under controlled and fun, and we handle the entire cleanup.
